    how long?

    if your at 195lbs.. 20% bf lift 4 times every 8 days.. and u wana get down to 10%.. how long would you have to be on a 40/40/20 diet for (consuming 2100 calories).. i know everybodys different.. but genreally.. how long would it take? (with no cardio)
