    It looked like he had the bar on top of his traps, so I would say high bar.

    Also impressive that he walked out the weight - since a lot of big squats are done in a monolift.

    his hold on the bar is a bit odd, barely holding it.
    looks more like the way they hold the bar in a Oly clean
