    Need More Calories

I haven't posted in awhile, but I am in need of some more calories in my diet and where to get them. Current diet is as follows:

    Breakfast:
    1 cup oats
    2 scoops nitrean
    banana
    coffee
    peacans
    3/4 cup 1% milk

    mid morning:
    2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
    small amount of pretzels
    Light yogurt

    Lunch:
    1 cup brown rice
    banana
    whole wheat wrap
    large chicken breast

    mid afternoon:
    1 can of tuna/chicken
1 scoop Nitrean (usually two hours after lunch, but before my mid afternoon snack)

    Post workout:
    1 scoop Nitrean
    1 cup of applesauce

    Dinner:
    1 large chicken breast
    1 sweet potato
    veggies
    milk

    Late night:
    1 cup of cottage cheese
    strawbeeries or blueberries

    Pre-bedtime:
    1 scoop nitrean with milk

What do you guys think? My lifts are starting to stall so I'm thinking about increasing the calories a little bit...

So you're looking for advice on where/when/how to add extra calories?

Eggs can easily be added to your breakfast. A trick I like to use when i'm bulking is putting hot sauce on pretty much any meat i'm eating. You end up drinking a lot more milk this way because you are constantly trying to soothe your burning mouth.

Well, just any additional bulking foods and where to put them. I guess it doesn't really matter where I put them as long as I reach my desired intake level each day.

As for the burning mouth trick, that really will not help me. I use so much hot sauce the flavor doesn't really burn anymore. I do enjoy milk though.

Definately agree with the olive oil, each tablespoon is 130 calories or something.
    Take one at every meal.
Or less just fill up a ziplock bag full of almonds,
