a while back (december 2009), I bought 2 EFS strong bands and due to my hamstring injury I didn't even start using them until recently.
Once I have the bands setup (choked to my rack) and get in there, the tension is a good 30-40lbs heavier on one side. After squatting through it a few times it's just too hard to really get positioned right. I held the 2 up next to each other and one band is nearly 3/4" longer than the other.
I suppose I can stretch out the smaller one, but does anybody know how long I'll need to stretch it for to get the desired length?
what you would you guys do in this situation, aside from ponying up another $27 for another band??
