    I max out on regular flat bench wednesday, and I am hoping to hit a new PR of 330. I have been making decent progress on my assistance work too, but it's about time to change some things up because I feel like I'm about to hit a wall.

    In the middle of a move so I have missed a couple. This is my first time floor pressing.

    Me floor press

    245 x 1
    275 x 1
    295 x 1
    315 x 1 - pr

    Xwide grip bp

    @ 245 x 7, 7, 8


    Floor press was much harder than I imagined. Tried real hard not to arch but with the 315 my form broke down and I arched so I'm not even sure I should count that one. Between moving and being stressed out of my mind I felt alright with the day but had stuff to do at home so I cut it a bit short.
