I injured my shoulder about 3 months ago and it has yet to fully recover. I haven't been to the doctors because I don't have insurance and cannot afford it so I've just been taking glucosamine and other supplements and waiting it out. During the 3 months off I've lost 25lbs and all the muscle I worked my ass off for is almost gone. I have to get back into working out but I am unable to do any chest exercises other than crossovers and push-ups. What exercises do you suggest that will not put much stress on my shoulders?
