Anybody else try this program for fat loss? If so which split did you pick? I was thinking of doing the A-B split 3 days a week so that I could do cardio 3-4 days. What is anybody else's opinions?
I'd go for the 3 day split so you don't burn yourself out. Maybe just do cardio 2-3 times a week though to prevent overtraining
Current 1RM's - Bench 270lbs (Target 308lbs)/Squat 297lbs (Target 352lbs)/
Deadlift 418lbs (Target 440lbs)
BIG 3 TOTAL at 220lbs (28% BF) = 985lbs

Ok, that's what I'll go for. I know it's been a while, but I had some sickness/injury issues to deal with first. Ready to get the ball rolling.
I'm starting it for fat loss too and I'm choosing the 3 day split as well, along with 3 days of cardio. Make sure you eat a little more around lifting and less on cardio days. Good luck to you!
