i havent been lifting long and Ive noticed that when i work out my biceps within 5 mins after the workout i wouldnt even know i was after lifting,it burns like hell while im doing them,where as all my other muscles are sore for at least a day after a workout,am i doing something wrong?
are you talking about your large muscles getting sore like back legs glutes and chest, or do you mean your smaller muscles get sore like your triceps or calves?
every other muscle i work out wether it be a big or small one,i dont mean pain as in agony but i would know i was after working out but with my biceps that feeling is gone within five mins
do you train your biceps very often to failure? if so you could have a very high lactic acid tolerance in your biceps.
what are you training for? weight loss, strength, or looks?
i do 4x10 curls 4x8 hammer curls and reverse curls to failure,training for looks more so than anything,should i try something else or do you think this is ok,
