    Training video from Saturday July 10, 2010 ( I've added 5000 pounds in two weeks! )

    I know this is the powerlifting/olympic lifting section and this video is not powerlifting or olympic lifting but it is where the strength training Gods seem to be taking me. I've added 5000 pounds in 2 weeks, LOL!

    I know this isn't much compared to some, but this is uphill *much* more than it looks, LOL. ( That's a joke, although it is uphill slightly and at 4500 feet elevation. )

    This would make a great comercial for the F150's..............LOL
