I've been seriously training for the last 4 months. My best lifts are
Trap bar deadlift 225kg
Military press 87.5kg
My goal is to get bigger and stronger.
Today I did
Bench 1x6 60kg, 1x5 80kg, 1x5 95kg, 2x5 90kg.
Had way more to do but it's getting dark and I need to walk the dogs.
