Hey all, I am pleased to announce I'll be presenting at another seminar in Boston on October 2nd. Along with me will be Matt Rhodes--elite powerlifter and collegiate coach, and Juliet Deane--strength and conditioning specialist, kettlebell instructor, powerlifter, and figure competitor. I am very excited that we have Juliet presenting with us. She is an excellent trainer and will offer some new and insightful perspective into training. Interestingly, it was a woman who had the most profound impact on my lifting. After many failed attempts in competitions to bench 400 lbs, a female powerlifter taught me the proper techniue to get over that hurdle. Without her advice I might have never benched over 600 raw and 800 equipped multiple times.
During the seminar we will present on a wide array of topics ranging from but not limited to strength training, condtioning, recuperation, and nutrition. After the pesentation there will be a q&a. Do not be bashful, bring your questions. The q&a is always my favorite part of the seminar. After a short break for lunch we will have a hands on session. This is another time where we will cover what you want, whether it be raw lifting, equipped lifting, assistance, stretching, technique, circuit traning, etc.
You can ask anyone who has attended one of our seminars, they are very professional and informative. You will walk away a more well rounded lifter as a result. We do limit the number of attendees and spots do fill up quickly, so I recommend registering early. There is a monetary incentive for registering early as well.
