    Unhelpful comment but every time I look at the top of the page I read it as Luka Hovercar.

    Doing equations while clean and pressing seems interesting... you must have some well-rounded athletes!

    Equations while clean and pressing :)

    Doing equations comes into play more when doing sport specific training and while doing speed/agility (examples would be solving a quick equation which would lead you to the cone you need to shuffle/sprint to). This is real helpful with reaction times in a game while having to make decisions.

    I don't know if we have ever done it while deadlifting
