Hey guys... As of late, pressing anything overhead has been painful on my shoulder. However, benching has been fine and so has every other exercise besides dips. I am currently doing a 4 day upper/lower split, so i am wondering if there is anything i can do to compensate for not being able to do any OH Pressing.
try different variations of dumbell shoulder press, you might be able to find one that doesnt agitate your shoulders. also, a friend of mine has the same problem. he does dumbell shoulder presses, but instead of bringing the dumbells together at the top, he brings them slightly out, so the distance between the dumbells would be slightly greater at that top of the motion than at the bottom. he said its helped him out a lot
