    Thanks for the advice George. That deadlift is really coming along! It's hard to squat heavy and deadlift heavy every week without one of them suffering a bit. Good news with the bows too!

    Good job benching with the 2 board pr and all! It's funny that liitle things like bowling can leave you hurting when you are lifting hundreds of pounds for reps.

    I was hoping to get to 500, but my right peck tightened up at the top of the 455 pull. Shut it down there. From this pin height the 455 was a 50lb PR. 500 wasn't out of the question

    Always seems like it's still not big enough. That's the game we play.
    May 23 is when I set the 50-54 242 World Record for APA of 415 raw. On the website Scott has the date of the Meet wrong, he has it as the 24, but it was 23, anyway, My 1brd a week from that meet was 425. That is my goal for the OCT 17th meet. 425. So it seems possible for me. Of course my DL goal is 500. As of now I'm just gonna do Push Pull.

    Couldn't get my feet set right on Pin Pulls, I shuffled on the 405, alot more on the 455 wlhich made the bar rotate to my left on the way up, 465 shuffled them more, just got the bar off the pins and quit. Everything this week feels heavy and sluggish.

    I'm 18 days out from the Comp. I'll be deloading the week before comp by just doing cardio. I just need more rest, haven't been getting enough. Had a case of vertigo that last 2 days. It's gone today, thank god, last time I had it, lasted 6 mths.
