Been awhile since I've posted on the forums. I'm just now getting back to the gym regularly after fracturing my elbow early this year. My problem has mostly been laziness but that is not what this post it about....

I am finally starting to lift but my elbow is still the weak link. Almost any weight I press causes my the bad elbow to quiver or shake. I can only go up to about 70lb dumbbells on my bench press and 60lb dumbbells on the press before it is just too much weight for my left (the bad) elbow. There is slight pain but really the stability is the problem.

I am thinking about getting a wrap or compression sleeve for my elbow. Just wondering others thoughts on this or what others experiences with this type of problem were (I know... SEARCH. I am). Wondering if something like a compression sleeve will help my elbow get back to normal quicker or if possibly it could cause other problems.
