I just joined today, seeing the whole hct program yesterday. (Im 18 weigh about 210-215 and 6 ft. lifting for a about a year so a real newbe and trying to see real results).It looks real legit and read through all and especially liked how everything was in a set routine. Seems i switch up a lot and not getting the results i would like or what i am capable of. What i was wondering is i really liked the whole hct program and the 30 lbs in 30 days on bench. So i was wondering if yo were to do the a-b-a-b-a 5 days with the weekend off and the (a) being the 30lbs in 30 days rotine. if not could you help me set out a routine with the hct program. with a 1rm flat bench of about 240-250. and i could give detail about whatever else needed.
