I've read some pretty good threads here about Westside and Sheiko routines, wondering if anyone has any info on chinese weightlifting.
I was looking at their videos on youtube and it's impressing stuff. I was really interested in knowing how they handle volume, GPP (some were doing gymnastics), recovery, assistance work, no. of sets, etc
