    100% Raw PL Fed Meet on August 7th

    Anyone going to this meet? I'll be there its going to be my first meet evAr! I am shooting for 500/320/500 not sure if I'll get it though since Ive been out of lifting for about 3 months and will only have 3 weeks under my belt for this meet.

    edit: oh I forgot to mention its in MD

    600(520x3 2xBW) Dead Lift
    500(495x1) ATG Squat
    Total: 1500(1350)
    365 Front Squat
    consistency and intensity.

    thanks! Im worried though....I could only squat and pull 405 today. I hope a week off adds 100 lbs lol
