I will probably be ordering my second tub as soon as it's back available. I do like it and think it's helping me out. I would like to know if you all recommend not using this all the time. For instance, should one take a week off in between tubs (or any other time schedule), or does it not matter. I would think it would be on the directions if breaks were really recommended, but just the same I'm asking to be sure.
First, RESULTS IS back in stock! In fact, as our way of saying sorry for running out we are temporarily discounting it.
You don't have to cycle RESULTS, but I generally recommend 90 days on and 30 off.

What's the reason for 90 days on and 30 off? I recently read that there haven't been long-term studies to determine whether taking a creatine supplement will affect the body's ability to produce it naturally, if it's taken continuously for several years.
The body adapts to everything over time. The idea of cycling is to keep the body 'fresh' relative to the use of any drug or supplement.
I would not worry too much about natural production of creatine as your body produces very little and you can always supplement with it, or eat some extra meat.
Good to know. I've been using it since February and have loved it (but hated the taste--both old and new--unlike most people).
