    Question about the cracked out feeling i get with novus bars

    First off I enjoy it but I am curious as to why it happens. I get warm and flushed and end up with copious amounts of energy. It doesn't last very long. Maybe 15 minutes but it sure is noticeable. Any ideas?

    400(335) Bench Press
    600(520x3 2xBW) Dead Lift
    500(495x1) ATG Squat
    Total: 1500(1350)
    365 Front Squat
    consistency and intensity.

    Are you on a calorie/carbohydrate restricted diet?

    I cannot think of anything in the product that would cause a stimulant effect but if you are restricting nutrients then sometimes eating can give you a quick boost.
