Hey guys, I've been working out for the past 4 months, eating 3000 calories a day, and taking creatine/whey. I seen pretty good gains, put on some weight, but I got thinking....maybe I should be doing things different. My goal is too stay lean like I am now, but also add some size to mostly my upper body. Been playing hockey for 10 years so my legs are in great shape, although my upper body is lagging pretty bad. I'm not looking to get huge, but a look similar to taylor lautner (lol i know). He has the exact body type im looking for, abs, decent arms, and a nice chest. That's all i want guys, I am not sure what I should be eating, how much of it, and also what kind of routine i should be doing. I'm doing a 3 day split working a different body part every time.
