    Bench alot weaker?

    Why is it that one chest workout i decided to use dumbells instead of barbells for my chest,,the next two chest workout my bench has gone way down??

    One DB workout isn't going to cause a strength loss, so it's likely something else that's causing the problem (diet, sleep, systematic stress, etc....).

    maybe it's the poison ivy all over me?
