    NEW PR! Rack Pull 605 X 2

    This was my 2nd time doing rack pulls. Last week I pulled 545 X 3. 605 x 2 wasn't too bad. The bar velocity seemed pretty good, I'm def going hit more weight this upcoming week. Any feedback would be appreciated.

    looked solid to me man nice lifts... how much do you normally deadlift with full range of motion

    Weight: 175

    What are yoor goals? Are you just using this height or are you doing them off lower pins, the floor or from a deficit? That is a pretty short ROM and used exclusively they won't do much for you.
    Best Meet Lifts(Raw w/wraps):
    @165- 435 SQ 270 BE 560 DL.....1255 total
    @181- 535 SQ 300 BE 570 DL.....1400 total
    Best Meet Lifts(Multi-ply):
    @148- 575 SQ 315 BE 515 DL.....1400 total
    @165- 680 SQ 380 BE 540 DL.....1555 total
    @181- 700 SQ 375 BE 535 DL.....1605 total
    Best Gym Lifts(Raw w/wraps)
    545 SQ 305 BE 585 DL

    good lifts. pull that **** off the floor and i'd REALLY be impressed.

    I've done 528 with the straight bar and 585 with the low bar handles on the trap bar
