For months I was squatting with no pain what so ever. Then my computer broke and I would sit hunched over for hours playing PS3. Ever since, I get lower back pain from squats. I can deadlift no problem but squats, no matter what weight or depth give me pain.
I went to my GP and he said "do sit ups". This was no help.
There is obviously nothing serious wrong, otherwise I wouldn't be able to do the deads, right?
I'm getting a large sum of money soon and will be able to make half a years worth of appointments with the local chiro clinic.
I'm just wondering, do you reckon they can correct my lower back?
