How embarrassing starting with such girly numbers. Can't wait to get back in there tomorrow.

    Weight
    176 (+2)

    Squat
    3x5 @ 100

    OHP
    3x5 @ 75

    Powerclean
    3x5 @ 95

    Notes
    - A gallon of milk a day (GOMAD) makes me feel fat and useless. On the drive to work from the gym I felt like Jabba the Hut.
    - Powercleans keep knocking the earphones out of my ear. I need to invest in the fancy ones that wrap around my ear and maybe a toque to hold them in place.
