I want to change my overall body composition, of course gain muscle and loose fat. So i was planning to go on for 6 month of bulking and then followed by 6 months of cut (maybe less or more, depends if i get satisfied).
Is this a good approach or should i split it on 3 Month Bulk + 3 Month Cut + 3 Month Bulk + Cut.
Is there any difference at all?
6 and 6 sounds good to me.. plenty of time to do both of your goals.
