    Need suggestion in bulk/cut planning.

    Hello,

    I want to change my overall body composition, of course gain muscle and loose fat. So i was planning to go on for 6 month of bulking and then followed by 6 months of cut (maybe less or more, depends if i get satisfied).

    Is this a good approach or should i split it on 3 Month Bulk + 3 Month Cut + 3 Month Bulk + Cut.

    Is there any difference at all?

    there is no best approach to bulking and cutting try reading some of the material on the site there are some good articles on the subject

    6 and 6 sounds good to me.. plenty of time to do both of your goals.
