The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Almost feels like 2010 comp journal again!

Can you break down your peri-workout nutrition and supplementation? I know you said you thought that what you were doing was incredibly beneficial. I'm curious to know the details.

First meal of the day at 6 pm? Fuuuck. Are you doing IF? I tried, can't bear the hunger after about 3 o'clock.

Sorry if you already answered this, I'm too lazy to go back a page.

I'm not following anyones IF protocol to fast until X time and eat X amount at X time over X amount of meals. I just understand these days that the body doesn't have to constantly have a meal digesting and find it easier to feel hungry half the day and full the other half than feel hungry all day long with little 350 calorie meals.

Even if I did like it, it's far, far beyond my price range. You my friend really need to buy that.

Body fat has been up and down in small increments of the last two weeks. I don't care to be any leaner really. Yes I would like striated glutes and veins in my hams but there's no reason for to diet for that shit. Rather just stay where I'm at and continue to have a social life.

I was about 173 this morning after a long sleep. Body fat has been a touch lower of the last few weeks but this is just some good gym lighting combined with a decent tan from two straight days at pools.
