My APT ZRV-Pro Wrist Wraps arrived

    Hi Guys,

I am happy that my ZRV-Pro 36" arrived

Got the 36" to provide max support when I eventually become stronger.

Its the First time I use this type of Wrist wraps, I am used to wrapping Boxing Wraps when I workout and lift weights,

Damn these things are huge Wide and Long and thicker than I expected.

How do I care for these things,

Hand wash ? Machine wash ? Detergent or soap ?

Things to do to extended its life.

    Thanks.

You should only wrap your wrists for the actual lifts, do not wear them throughout your workout.

Wraps usually do not need to be cleaned but if you do want to wash them I would hand wash them with water and perhaps light soap. I have had most of my wraps for three or more years and have never had to wash them.

They key to caring for this type of supportive gear is to make sure it gets dry after using it. I see tons of guys throw sweaty wraps, briefs, shirts etc. in their bag or car trunk and then they wonder why their gear smells like poo and they end up with MRSA etc.

I digress, after you use the wraps make sure to let them air out. If you do that every time then you likely will wear them out before you ever need to think about washing them.
