Just for an experiment, I started harnessing two bands to the barbell and lightening up the weight a little bit accordingly. (I'm currently doing Incline Bench in HCT-12).
I have to say, I kind of like it. It felt a little weird at first, but there's something appealing about how it increases the resistance as you get closer to lockout.
I've made respectable gains since starting back in January, but at best, I'm an intermediate lifter. And more likely a low-intermediate. Is there a tangible advantage to doing bands like this, or not?
Debt Ceiling? Let's say, you come home from work and find there has been a sewer backup in your neighborhood.
