    JR's PP novice program journal

    New here. Joined up to keep track of my workouts. I'm doing the practical programming novice routine. I'm a rock climber looking to get stronger with some increase in mass, although it is not as important as strength to me.

    Stats:
    AGE - 23
    HEIGHT - 6'3'
    WEIGHT - 77kgs (170lbs)

    Goals:
    OVERALL - Get stronger for rock climbing.
    WEIGHT - 86kgs (190lbs)

    MONDAY

    Warmup:
    5mins bike
    Squat Jumps
    Jumping Jacks

    Squats:
    30kgs (66lbs) x 5 x 2
    50kgs (110lbs) x 5 x 3 - WS

    Bench:
    30kgs (66lbs) x 8
    40kgs (88lbs) x 5
    50kgs (110lbs) x 5 x 3 - WS

    Chin-ups:
    BW x 10
    BW x 6
    BW x 5

    Finger Hangs (Rock Climbing Specific):
    BW x 30secs x 3

    10mins of Stretching
