I exercise strongman style, I dont compete, I just exercise to be fit.
When I do 50 pound Dumbell military presses, or Walk with 85 pound dumbells in each hand
I notice my Shoulders are Getting Lower and lower and lower, Anyone else have this problem ?,
I have muscles on the sides of my neck, but Its like my neck is getting longer and longer, I suspect my
shoulders are just getting lower,
I notice strongmen and powerlifters or even bodybuilders have this reaction.
How to prevent it ?
lower weights ?...... shrugs ?

sit at a desk for 8 hours a day every day and type. I swear my bad posture had my shoulders practically touching my ears.
