I heard adding milk on top of my diet will help me gain weight.
If I drink lactose-free milk (Lactaid), will this aid in helping me gain weight?
I can't drink regular milk because I get uncomfortable afterwards.

Coconut Milk is high in fat. Many followers of zone and paleo diets who don't drink dairy use it.

Uh ... it's just milk without lactose. You'll be fine.
I'd be buying it regularly if it didn't cost twice the price of regular milk.
We must not, and if there are symptoms should be minimal, but some people have different reactions to Lactaid milk. If you have an allergy to milk (NOT lactose intolerance, it's just digestive problems in non-allergic), so LACTAID milk should probably be avoided.
