    read the nutrition label. You might be amazed at what you can ascertain from that information.....

    There are definitely better things for you. But nothing wrong with Nutella spread over whole weat bread with a giant glass of 1% milk

    I already read this, just looking for opinions. And I was amazed, blown away even at what the nutrition label had to offer.

    Most people pray for a lighter load in life...ever thought of praying for a stronger back?
