Man we had something happen like that to my dog when he was smaller. He used to get into A LOT of trouble outside, to the point where I had to go watch him outside every time. Face swelled up real bad. Hope everything is alright!

Block pulls suprised me how weak I was but at mid shin never really felt like I could get any leverage. They were right about the 2 hole range on my rack but they did feel more natural than rack pulls, like I hear. Always looking to add something new to the toolbox.

Unreal PR today! I guess all the extra upper back work and the weight gain is showing up in my bench finally. Went to a 1brd in the shirt even though it was a 2 brd day because I am going to start next week alternating my shirt work every week with raw rev. band bench. My shoulders are killing me only when i shirt up and I think I need the extra rest. Awesome day!

Unreal how much harder the yoke bar vs the cambered bar was on the suspended gm's. My
PR with the cambered bar is 455 so it was a considerable difference. Good session.
