Cut 495 a little high as I felt my back starting to round and no spotters and didn't want to dump it. Right shoulder still killing me hopefully my massage therapist can fix it in the morning. I have to shirt up this Sunday and that is when it usually hurts the worse, GOOD TIMES!

Visited the massage therapist this morning before work and he looked at my shoulder and determined no rotar cuff damage, thank god. Dug around in the joint and got a ton of inflammation out (holy crap the pain was off the chart). Gonna rest today and Saturday with plans to shirt up on Sunday. It does feel better since this morning and hopefully two days of rest and rehab will improve it even more.

Woke up with some pretty nasty looking green and yellow bruising across my right shoulder. Very suprised i was able to even get my shirt on let alone bench with it. I guess it is from the massage therapist diggin in my shoulder, let's hope so anyways. I will switch out the rack pulls against heavy band tension tomorrow for cambered bar, sus. gm to hopefully take some stress off that shoulder and squat with the same bar on thursday. Working around injuries is part of this game.

Cambered bar was swinging when the weight got higher and trying to stop it with the gimp shoulder wasn't workin. Adding chains to the equation wasn't a smart move, obviously. Mentally couldn't put myself past the shoulder and focus on the weight. Extremely frustrated right now. Ice and ibuprophen again.

Took it easy on the standing db over head presses due to the shoulder problems of late. Used more as a rehab excercise. Shoulder does seem to be improving and some of the bruising is finally going away.
Finally a good session, my confidence of late was beginning to waiver and that is the last thing I need this close to meet time.

Amazing what a couple of good sessions will do for your confidence. Just in time as the meet is getting real close. Probably had 550x3 but stopped on two, didn't want to press my luck because it hasn't been the best of late. Lol.

Some slight discomfort tonight but nothing that can't be tolerated. Still searchin for the excercises that are best for working around it.
