    Lower back and hip area had some knotty inflammation going on. Grip was smoked by the time I got to the db rows because of the heavy band tension on the rack pulls. Nice session.

    Left hip still giving me some problems. Seems most of my ME lifts have dropped about 10-15 lb over the last month and I really can't put my finger on it. May need active deload and a massage soon.

    I'm hearing you, many variables play a role in the numbers game, actually going through that right now too. Diet is a major factor in most case, especially mine - you will pull through though bro.

    Good luck with the hip ordeal too.

    Yeah my diet has been junk the past month or so and I feel a lack of motivation. Which I don't understand off the heels of one my best meets ever. Still no music to speak of in the gym as my computer is down but should have that corrected soon, I'll go from there and grind it out.
    Times like these I feel are where training partners would be very beneficial.
