    Hit 405 for 5x5 pretty easily last week with the straight bar, so this week my shoulders were hurting so bad that I used the yoke bar and boy was it a reality check! Nice work to strenghten the arch when squatting which I need anyways so it worked for the best probably. I will run with the yoke bar for a while but add the box next week.
