No A.C. in the house so needless to say it was hotter than hell. So I cut it short and hope to get it fixed in the next couple days. I have been pushed into coaching assistant for my sons football team due to the lack of parent support so I was already beat before starting this session. I really hate all of these distractions a month out from a meet. NIce session.
Although it may be challenging on several levels, you taking on the coaching role is awesome.

Took it easy on the suspended gm's because this is the movement that seems to tweak my navel area. Still no air conditioning in the house and it won't be fixed until Monday, OUCH! Should be interesting squatting on Sunday with the heat. Felt good after the session.

Shitty session. First no A.C. again today. Trying my new double ply phenom with 315 didn't even make it to the 4brd range and split the collar down the middle just below the phenom logo. Worst of all I took the cheap road and bought it from some numb nuts on ebay who was supposedly a "power seller" and he is refusing a return of my $169.00 because I opened the back. Things are not going well leading up to this meet!
had to skip squat yesterday working on the fridge all day, will do squat with pull on wednesday.
Too bad about the ebay purchase, hindsight is 20/20 in matters like these, but lesson learned man.
Sounds like you have a lot going on, distractions and what not but you will prevail over it all.
Life has been serving me a crap sandwich of late, considered dropping the meet next month but decided to gut it out and see what happens. Training conditions can't always be perferct.

Squat was a little off since I squatted on Wednesday this past week, so I didn't want to go past my opener and have something go wrong and destroy my confidence. One more squat session next Sunday, I will do opener and 2nd attempt just to be sure all is well.
