    Not happy with that miss on 405 because my PR is 415 off a 1bd. i hope deloading before the meet and resting will bring some strength back. Not sure what has happened but it does seem my bench has taken a few steps back of late. Had a good crew today at a new gym I have tried for a couple weeks and it is working out well.
