    Skipped any lower back work today, pulling from the floor on Monday for max single coupled with squat effort yesterday has taken its toll on my lower back. Deads from the floor always seem to fry my CNS.

    band gm's-skipped/dropped any extra lower back work to rest.
    no treadmill work as my wegiht has stayed down in the 235 range pretty well of late. I will throw it in closer to meet time for conditioning/stamina purposes or if my weight starts to creep up again.

    in the gym with only my 6 year old to cinch down the velcro straps, so I did not proceed any further. I was getting absolutely nothing from the straps so i stopped as this was supposed to be a deload week anyway.
