    Nice session trying a little different approach to bring up some raw strength. Got a meet pin pointed that won't be until June 2013 so plenty of time to get back to previous form and lay a good raw foundation. I will sprinkle some gear in here and there just to keep my form dialed in.

    My lockout was awful tonight. Gonna go back to what worked for me in the past. Heavy tricep volume work on wednesdays and shoulders trained secondary then more tricep work again on saturdays after benching. Seems my lockout responds best to heavy volume with an emphasis on the bench movement the second day. Happy with the recent changes for the deadlift although the sessions are brutal of late because I feel as though I am adding some size.
