Gonna have to think about a new plan and new excercises with this shoulder struggling.
Gonna breakdown and have the shoulder looked at, in the meantime kinda just going through the motions.
Not even worth logging to be honest!

How are things coming along man, time for an update.
I've been taking an extended break to give my shoulder a rest. My shoulder is now feeling much better and the doctor wanted to give it a second look after the extended rest to see if any "natural healing of the micro tears" has occured. I plan to begin lifting consistantly again in the next few weeks, however football season for the youngsters is coming very soon and will further cluster my schedule. Gotta find a way to get it in, been craving the iron.
The time off should serve you well...look forward to seeing you go at it again in a big way!
