    Have you visited the doc on the shoulder at all? ... they normally say to stay off it for a while, or at least stay away from the lifts that may even remotely aggravate it.

    Just thought to ask since it has been lingering for a while. Good luck, hope it subsides.

    No doctor, just a massage therapist. I have been trying to push through because of a meet coming up but I think I am gonna take the live to fight another day approach on this one.

    I've been taking an extended break to give my shoulder a rest. My shoulder is now feeling much better and the doctor wanted to give it a second look after the extended rest to see if any "natural healing of the micro tears" has occured. I plan to begin lifting consistantly again in the next few weeks, however football season for the youngsters is coming very soon and will further cluster my schedule. Gotta find a way to get it in, been craving the iron.
