    nosebreakers 105x12

    strght bar pressdowns 3x12-15

    standing oh db press 35x12x3

    db seated hang cleans

    bent over rev. flyes 30x10x2

    Shoveled more freakin snow today for about 2 hours before lifting. Needless to say i wasn't physically or mentally into it tonight. I feel like a damn eskimo lately. Some work is better than none i guess.
