Seems to me like you are eating JUST A LITTLE too many eggs?!

That's awesome. 5x5 on compound movements and lots of food. Road to success.

How much carbs and fat do you eat? Seems like you eat a lot of meat and a lot of protein. I'm just wondering if that's all you eat, or if you just didn't post that in your diet.

Nice work man. Very impressive morphisis. I wish the little punks at my gym would actually listen to me when I told them to do exactly what you are doing.

    Keep it up.

BTW...what's your height/weight before and after?

Close grip bench press is good for the tri's.
Incline dumbbell curls is a gd bicep worker.

    Try adding them in.

    RESULTS CONTINUED!

All my lifts are pretty much the same gone up slightly but nothing really worth reporting because my squat and DL... Both at 305 and hopefully going to continue to go up!

Heres a pic of recent progress.

The reason why I keep updating this is because i see a bunch of threads asking about eating and lifting and how much to eat this and that.... Im just showing that the advice you guys give is worth while! Look at the difference in just a few short months! Also I want to have a place for pics i collect over the years to show myself i accomplished something!

just curious, what was your time frame for the gain (did i miss it?).
same with height and weight of yourself or did i miss that as well?

    either way, looks impressive!!!!

i might be eating too much pasta, what do you think?
i usually have pasta or rice at least once a day.

Be grateful that you have the genes and age primed for muscle growth. Many people don't, and wish they did.

Not to knock your hard work, congrats. It's just many people can't see the success you have in such short time, or have to work extremely hard.
