    big gains litle time ...

    ive been lifting Properly for nearly 2 weeks diet etc etc and i already see big gains on my traps in biceps, i didnt think this was actually possible my girlfriend can see gains too so its nt just me, because thats what i thought at the time lol, so im happy and going to continue lifting big and eating like a horse, and i can thank off road for helping abit with my routine i will post pics in a month time before after pics i think you lot will be shocked, i am!
