Just wanted to let anyone know who's interested that I got a Slingshot through today and had a play during my ME bench session.
Think it's a great piece of kit - especially for anyone who is long armed like me and has shoulder issues.
I hate raw benching but this really took some stress out of it. Didn't add 100's of pounds and that;s not the point. It let me do some heavy non-shirted (I daren't saw raw lol) with ALOT less discomfort. I worked upto 440 pinky on rings and my max is probably 410-420.

I also just got one. It seems to add only about 10%, but the best thing is that it forces your elbows into
a shirt-like groove. A nice piece for only $40.

yea i got one too and i like it so far. What i've been doing is my normal 5/3/1 plus the slingshot at the end.
So its like this (say it's my 3, 3, 3++ week):
first set of three no slingshot
second set of three no slingshot
third set of three no slingshot for as many as i can and then quick throw on the slingshot without resting and do as many more as i can
