    Help with Water Retention!!!

    Ok i am 6,2 214Ib 12% body fat i feel like my stomach is big but i just think its water retention. Whats a good product to release water?

    Im eating like an ANIMAL training like a hell raiser and hoping to be as big as possible...

    You may have to alter your carbohydrate intake or sodium intake as those could both cause water rentention. I have found that when I eat smaller portions I tend to have less digestability issues so that may be another change worth looking into.

    In terms of specific supplements you may want to pick up Vitamin C, Dandelion Root, and B6. Taraxatone is a popular water loss supplement but it has been discontinued from a few popular retailers. MuscleTech also sells a similar product called Hyrazide.

    Lastly, to avoid water retention it is important to make sure that you have sufficient water intake (at least 1 gallon per day for most active individuals).
