Bench (brought grip in to ring finger on the rings, felt a bit stronger like this than index on rings)
5*3*1 ( add wrist wraps and belt)
Close grip bench ( thumb from smooth)
Tate press on incline bench
Chest supported rows
Was pretty sore on Wed. So i hit the workout above and decided to take the rest of the week off and rehab, eat better, get my supplements going and get back to set schedule starting Sunday. I'm ready to go but I knew being as sore as I was i needed to back off and just gear up for next week. I'm really stoked on the new gym and think it's going to be a great fit for me.
