    Was pretty sore on Wed. So i hit the workout above and decided to take the rest of the week off and rehab, eat better, get my supplements going and get back to set schedule starting Sunday. I'm ready to go but I knew being as sore as I was i needed to back off and just gear up for next week. I'm really stoked on the new gym and think it's going to be a great fit for me.

    Yeah, usually would bench index on the rings, definitely think moving it in a bit was a good move.

    Going to add in heavy singles with the slingshot after hitting required reps, hoping it'll help me get use to heavier weights. 300x1 was smooth, I was surprised it moved so well. Also going to do a bench acces/back day instead of overhead press. Thinking that may help move my bench a bit more.

    LOL. Yeah, not bad, haven't pulled since the meet in August. I've put on a bit more weight that isn't muscle lol. I'm happy with it, I dropped back to the 3rd cycle of 531 that i did for my first meet last february. Figured best to start lower and work my way back up. The way my back feels i should have started lower lol. I'll be hitting bench accessory today, I'm replacing OH press with it. Goign to add in extra back work on this day as I feel my back could use it.

    what do you mean by "standing abs"?

    and what is "ssb"? im thinking thats a type of band.

    thanks stephen, the Standing abs I do are done on a pulley machine with the rope attachment, back to the maching, hold the rope attach on each side of my head and crunch forward. The SSB is the saftey squat bar, they have one out at fitness factory, it's pretty awesome.
