I did a PLiting meet 2 weeks ago and hit a nice PR on Deadlift. I did 1x DL workout a week after. Felt ok. Then I was at the gym with a buddy and did some Deads. Keep in mind, I didn't feel great going in. We did warm ups. Got going at 405x 2. 455x3 500x1 but then had a 515 miss. I have got this weight before easy. I was shocked. I was a little out in front. My question is, did I come back too soon?? Should I take a few weeks off? Not sure, feel liek crap. I hate missing DL's.
